By order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated December 17, 2020, No. 1082 "On approval of the Lists of objects proposed in 2021 for leasing for the purpose of geological exploration at the expense of subsoil users' own funds," for use for the purpose of geological exploration at the expense of subsoil users' own funds with resources of jadeite of category P in the amount of 320 tons.

1. Subject of this privacy policy

The Organizer also uses cookies and web beacons (including pixel tags) to collect Personal Information and associate such personal information with the User's device and web browser.
The Organizer does not collect data in order to influence the rights and freedoms of the User in accordance with applicable law.
5. Legal basis for the processing of Personal Information
The Organizer processes Personal Information if:
(i) processing is necessary to fulfill the Organizer's contractual obligations to the User;
(ii) the processing is necessary to comply with statutory obligations.
6. Protection of Personal Information
In most cases, Personal Information is processed automatically without access to it by any of the Organizer's employees. If such access is required, then it can be provided only to those employees of the Organizer who need it to complete their tasks. To protect and maintain data confidentiality, all employees must comply with internal policies and procedures regarding the processing of Personal Information. They must also follow all technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the User's Personal Information.
7. Third parties
The Organizer may transfer Personal Information to third parties who are not an employee of the Organizer in order to achieve the goals specified in section 3 of this Policy.
These third parties may include:
(i) Partners, foundations, financial institutions, etc .;
(ii) Organizer's information service providers or consultants.
(iii) any national and/or international regulatory body, law enforcement agencies, central or local executive authorities, other official or state bodies or courts in respect of which the Organizer is obliged to provide information in accordance with applicable law upon request;
(iv) to third parties, if the transfer of Personal Information is required to provide the User with the appropriate Service and/or access to the Site or to fulfill a certain agreement or contract concluded with the User;
(v) any third party in order to ensure legal protection of the Organizer or third parties in case of violation by the User of the User Agreement of the Organizer, this Policy, or in a situation where there is a threat of such a violation.
8. Storage and processing of Personal information
The User's personal information is stored in the Russian Federation.
The organizer records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), retrieve personal data using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
If the User is located in another jurisdiction (not the Russian Federation), where a separate agreement is required for the transfer of Personal Information to the Organizer, then using the Site or Services, the User confirms the receipt of all necessary for such transfer or storage, and/or processing of information in other specified jurisdictions.
9. Period of storage of Personal information
The Organizer stores Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with the requirements
10. User rights
If this is provided by applicable law, the User has the right:
• demand the deletion of Personal Information or part of it, as well as withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Information;
• demand restrictions on the processing of Personal Information;
• object to the processing of Personal Information, if provided by applicable law.
11. Updating this Policy
This Policy is subject to change. The Organizer has the right to make changes unilaterally, including, but not limited to, in cases where the relevant changes are related to changes in applicable law, as well as when the corresponding changes are related to changes in the operation of the Site and Services.
